Milt Halloran
started his fitness career with a
major in Health and Physical
Education in the 60's proceeding to
teaching, coaching, and then serving
25 years as a school principal. He
started his retirement career as a
Personal Fitness Trainer in 1997. He
and his wife, Angie, moved to
Colorado Springs in 1999.
Milt is dedicated to assisting
others in improving their lifestyle
and overall fitness in a safe,
effective manner thereby enhancing
their quality of life. He places a
lot of stress on using correct form
and technique when exercising. His
entire emphasis is always on
assisting you, the client, in
meeting your desired goals. Milt is
a firm believer in improving his
skills and knowledge by continually
attending fitness, nutrition, and
health classes and workshops
Back surgery in 1993 ended Milt's
competitive running with 12
marathons and numerous shorter
races. Although he still runs some,
he is a true believer in all-around
fitness and the value of
cross-training. Because of his past
work experiences, he feels
comfortable assisting all,
regardless of age. Being a "senior
citizen" himself has helped him
gained even greater understanding of
the aches and pains of aging and how
they can be minimized through a
carefully planned fitness program.
