The Online Court Scheduler is available for members and pros. The purpose is to facilitate your booking of courts from your home or at work. This OCS was created by a Lynmar member and fellow tennis player, so it should be user friendly. Please follow the instructions below to log-on to the Online Court Scheduler
and make reservations.
Instructions: Once you are connected to the Internet, go to www.lynmarclub.com, click the Tennis tab, and click on the indoor court reservations link to come to this instruction page. Once you are familiar with the process, you can bypass this step and go directly to the scheduler.
Once you're there, you'll login with your Member # and Password. Your Member # is your 6-digit number
that is printed on your membership card. Your initial, temporary password is 1234. After you log in you will be prompted to change your password to one of your choice. Use an easy code to remember, or you'll have to contact the tennis coordinator for help.
Once you have typed in the Member # and Password, click on the "Login" button to login.
Once you have logged in, use the links under the "ONLINE SCHEDULER" section on the
left to do the following:
- Check court availability
- Make sure you check on the "Current date" box
- Make a singles reservation
- Make a doubles reservation
Please make sure the DATE
you have reserved is the one appearing in the "Date" box, and then click "SUBMIT".

Example: Your name is Joe Smith and you would like to play doubles with
Larry Simpson, Mark Jones, and your brother, Bob Smith. However, your brother Bob is not a Lynmar member. So, to make a doubles reservation with one non-member, follow the steps below:
In the dropdown box for Member #2,
you would select "Smith, Joe." So, when
the reservation is booked, it would show Member #1 as Joe Smith AND Member #2 as Joe Smith. You (Joe Smith) would then be charged for half the cost of the court time. However, if you would like Bob Smith to pay for his quarter of the court time, Bob would pay the appropriate amount at the front desk and you would only be charged for one-quarter of the court time.
In the dropdown box for Member #3,
you would select "Simpson, Larry."
In the dropdown box for Member #4,
you would select "Jones, Mark."
Proceed as you normally would.
