Racquetball Court Reservations

RESERVATIONS may be called in to the Racquetball desk no earlier than 7:30 am (cable TV time) for a court one week in advance. Walk-ins may begin to schedule at 6:30 am and will receive first priority after 7:30 am, then be alternated with phone calls.

• Only one (1) court hour will be allowed per call. The same person may make another reservation for another player, but will have to call back into the racquetball desk in order to reserve another court.
• Two (2) players names must be given at time of reservation. Callers may put their names on a waiting list if their desired time is not available and will be called if cancellations occur.
• Players must check in at racquetball desk to notify receptionist to claim court time.

Cancellations: One player must be present to claim court, no later than 15 minutes after scheduled start time of reservation. If court is not cancelled one hour prior, the players will be charged a $9 court fee. If only one player shows, the other player will be charged $4.50. The empty court will first go to players on the waiting list and then to any players needing a court to play.

League Play will be addressed and changes posted as to court reservations/cancellations prior to the start of the next league.
