staffer at Lynmar since 1989, Debra is
the coordinator of water aerobics
programs and is certified in CPR,
aerobics instruction, training and
fitness therapy.
From onsite and westside locations,
Debra provides convenient and flexible
hours, customized options for treatment
and discounted package rates to
encourage continual health maintenance.
Debra graduated from the Academy of
Therapeutic Massage in 1994 and is
certified in deep tissue work, trigger
point therapy, Swedish and sports
massage. She also offers specialized
injury care, reflexology, active
movement therapy and stretching
techniques.
